| The Final Dish |
Topic #6 of the #2014bloggerchallenge is Food, so I decided as the the weather has been so beautiful and warm to cook my favourite summer dish. So here it is, my specialty of Grilled Seasoned Lamb Chops, Turkish Style Salad and Vermicelli rice. Hiya lovelies, my daughter and I decided to go on a girly shopping trip this morning and as Boots now have their Baby Event on where everything is 3 for 2 I thought what better excuse than to treat my baby girl to some new clothes.
Sunday 9th February, my husband took me out to a Football game to watch his team Tottenham Hotspur play at home to Everton FC. When he told me we was going I wasn't too keen as he had taken me before a few years ago where the team had a big defeat which killed the mood completely. However, this time I was more optimistic and decided to go with the flow!
I'm pleased to say I have been nominated for a Liebster Award by Cristina which is lovely and very unexpected. The liebster award is given to help new and upcoming blogs get recognised and it's a way of making new blogger friends.
As part of the #2014bloggerschallenge my third post is a Book Review on my favourite book, Eat Pray Love by Elizabeth Gilbert..
January has been a very busy month for me which meant that I haven't found much time to do any of my baking..so I took this an excuse to bake my mother a birthday cake :) I decided to do what I do best but on a larger scale, a Giant Cupcake. This was my first attempt and it turned out surprisingly well. So below I am sharing the ingredients and some tips to create a beautiful birthday cake.
